Witold Kłusek
Witold graduated in law from the Department of Criminology at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He wrote his Master’s thesis on the subject of “Journalistic Provocation”. After completing his university education and a nine-month internship at the Czechowice-Dziedzice Municipal Office, he decided to enter advocate training. He worked at a law firm throughout almost his entire advocate training under the Regional Bar Association in Katowice. Witold started out at the Katowice-based Płaza Głąb Sp. p. law firm, where he could develop his knowledge of claims recovery, commercial companies and partnerships and criminal law. Later, he joined our firm – Kafka, Nikończuk i Wspólnicy Sp. K. in Bielsko-Biała – where he gained the opportunity to use his prior experience while further expanding his expertise in matters involving real property, housing cooperatives and public procurement.
Witold’s experience allows him to efficiently navigate customers through the intricacies of court proceedings in criminal and civil matters, as well as to provide ongoing advisory services involving both everyday legal issues and business activities, including for commercial companies and partnerships.
Outside of work, Witold enjoys watching NBA games, playing football, jogging and mountain hiking. Also, after many years, he has recently got back to collecting CCG.
